Facilities on the boat were good and it's clean and modern. WiFi poor. First class, would recommend it to anyone, but I would suggest reserving a cabin, very comfortable and clean. A good trip, comfortable cabin, great facilities and wifi. Couldn't fault it. First time to Cork, but thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Staff very helpful, boat clean and food excellent.
We boarded the ferry each way in good time, with no problems, the staff when needed were helpful, the cabins were fine and the atmosphere pleasant.
There was plenty of room in the restaurant even though the ferry was full. So it was a good experience which we would be happy to repeat. We appreciated the good spirit and the kindness of your staff. The crossing was very pleasant. JYM Pont Aven. One suggestion: make the Breton visible to tourists. Breton and Gaelic are celtic languages. The reception was good from the moment we collected out tickets until the last moment of the crossing. The staff is always ready to help if needed.
I will recommend to take the pont Aven ferry to all the people who need to make a ferry. I will surely have the opportunity to make the ferry crossing between Roscoff and Cork again and I won't hesitate to take the same boat.
I'd like to thank the staff for their kindness and their availability. The French town and seaport of Roscoff is located in the Brittany region of north western France. The town and surrounding area is a great introduction into Brittany's charms. The town itself has been labelled "Petite cite de caractere de Bretagne" the small town with character due to the lovely architecture on display. Located next to the coast are 16th century granite buildings and charming streets filled with restaurants, small art galleries and gift shops.
