The exception seems to be the the exterior French door, which appears to be shorter than the other doors in the kitchen. Is that correct? If so, you could fix this by changing out the head casing higher top piece , making the French door even with the frig cabinet. Then, you could end the hood at the top of the cabinet and French Door. You could even end it somewhere under that height. Schluter makes a nice, sleek metal profile edge or you could go with something that coordinates with the tile.
I am also noticing that there is space between the left side of the counter and the French door. In this area, I would bring the tile down to the top of the baseboard. Otherwise, it is going to look awkward. There may be other tile areas where this might have to be addressed.
